Description +

Leatherjacket Nematodes provide targeted biological control of leatherjackets – the soil-dwelling larvae of crane flies (daddy longlegs) that feed on grass roots and can cause yellow, thinning or damaged lawns. The beneficial nematodes are mixed with water and applied directly to moist turf, where they seek out and infect leatherjacket larvae below the surface. Treatment is most effective against younger larvae, particularly in autumn.

How to Use +

Pre-water the lawn if the soil is dry. Mix the nematodes with water according to the pack instructions and apply evenly over the affected turf using a watering can or suitable nematode applicator. Water the treated lawn after application and keep the soil moist.
