Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
UK delivery
Standard UK delivery normally takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Live biological products should be delivered to a standard delivery address. Please do not use parcel lockers. Where necessary, dispatch may be scheduled to reduce unnecessary time in transit.
Live biological products are not dispatched on Fridays.
Please open live biological products promptly on arrival and follow the storage and application instructions shown on the product page.
What happens after you order?
We send an order confirmation to the email address used at checkout.
You will receive a dispatch notification when your order leaves us. Tracking details are provided where available.
